Practical applications have included market analysis, resource development, financial planning, assistance with land use & zoning guidelines as well as the marketing presentation of properties.
An extensive background in business and sales includes more than twenty years in the management of premier resort hotel properties where an emphasis was placed on communications and service. Experience is an ongoing teacher for your Santa Barbara Realtor and Montecito Realtor.

Client services feature market analysis evaluations, market economy review, transaction negotiations, contract review, compliance with property disclosures, escrow management including property inspections, problem solving, assisting with financial arrangements and contingency review.
Client representation services include the development of marketing materials for general and specific market groups locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Advertising placement in a wide variety of resources are available including the Internet, newspapers, magazines, brochures, direct mail and extensive network contacts that include top-producing Realtors locally, nationally and globally.

Personal Biography
The eldest of eight children from a family of hoteliers who owned and operated a four season resort hotel in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. While in school, pursued interests in student politics, the arts, and athletics; competed regionally in football, skiing and tennis. Current interests include jazz and classical music, jazz guitar, photography, oil painting, fine arts, travel, food & wine, skiing, golf, tennis and hiking.
